Rakesh Bhargava
Mr. Bhargava’s Wall Street experience spans over twenty-two years. He has
served as Vice President and Partner at Kidder Peabody; as a Senior Vice
President at Smith Barney and head of India distribution; as Executive Director
in charge of South Asia distribution at CIBC Oppenheimer Corp.; as Executive
Vice President in charge of the Middle East and Asia at Laidlaw Global
Securities, and as Director of Investments at Wachovia Securities. In July
2004, Mr. Bhargava left Wachovia in order to form his own Broker Dealer –
Bhargava Wealth Management LLC (member NASD/SIPC) and his Advisory firm – Blue
Spruce Global Advisors LLC (SEC registered investment advisor).
Mr. Bhargava is an advisor to a significant family office on their hedge fund
allocations.
Blue Spruce Global Advisors LLC is the Investment Manager of the Sidra Fund
Ltd. (a global multi-strategy fund of hedge funds). The Sidra Fund is Cayman
Incorporated and listed on the Dublin Exchange.
Mr. Bhargava has moderated a panel on the topic “Surveying New Opportunities in
India” at the MARHedge Institutional Investment Conference held in San
Francisco on June 27th-29th, 2005, and a panel on India “A New Essential Part
of Your Portfolio” at the CIFA Conference on March 14th-15th in Geneva. He was
a keynote speaker on the “Economic Situation in India” at the Jetfin Conference
on “Indian Hedge Funds” held in Geneva on June 13th, 2006.
Mr. Bhargava holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in International
Business Management from the Stern School of Business, New York University, New
York, an MBA in marketing from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio
and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute
of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India.
Mr. Bhargava was a director of the Hudson County (New Jersey) Chapter of the
American Heart Association and is an active member of the Indian Institute of
Technology (IIT) Kanpur Alumni Association in the US.

Terry Collison
Terry Collison is a Partner in Blue Rock Capital, a $51 million Delaware-based
venture capital fund that developed a portfolio of equity investments primarily
in seed-stage and early-stage companies. Mr. Collison has served as a Director
and Board observer for a number of these companies. Separately, Mr. Collison
serves as an independent outside Board member for Aviom, Inc. (streaming signal
transport technology) and as a long-time Board advisor to Accugenix
(genetically-based analytical testing). He also serves as a Director or
Advisory Board member of Ranch Networks (Morganville, NJ), Grover Pro (Woburn,
MA), and Adify Corp. (San Mateo,CA).
Prior to forming Blue Rock Capital, Mr. Collison served as a venture advisor to
private investors and venture funds, to Pennsylvania’s Ben Franklin
Partnership, and to other early-stage funds in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is
known for helping a wide variety of companies develop venture concepts, product
commercialization strategies, management teams, marketing programs, formal
business plans, and new funding.Companies he has advised have regularly been
selected for the Philadelphia 100™ and for venture fairs in the Mid-Atlantic
region.
Mr. Collison has served as President of the Entrepreneurs' Forum of Greater
Philadelphia and served on its Board of Directors. He was a co-founder of the
Delaware Entrepreneurs' Forum and served as its first President. He has served
on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Innovation Fund and the Greater
Philadelphia Venture Group.
Previously Mr. Collison has been part of new venture teams at General Electric
and MTI of Latham, NY (Ford Motor Company was the corporate sponsor). Mr.
Collison has lectured at the Wharton School and elsewhere and he was a
co-founder of the innovative School of Architecture and Environmental Design of
the State University of New York (SUNYAB). He has appeared as a featured
speaker at conferences sponsored by inc. MAGAZINE, the National Business
Incubation Association, the Licensing Executives Society, the Association of
University Technology Managers, the US Department of Commerce, and other
organizations.
Mr. Collison received his Master's degree in Planning with High Honors from the
University of Pennsylvania and earned his B.A. cum laude from Williams College
(PhiBeta Kappa).
